Kevin Hughes has over 25 years of experience in the learning and development field. Kevin is adept at collaborating with leadership to ensure all levels of contributors – from CEOs to new employees – get what they need to grow professionally. His people skills and versatility allow him to feel comfortable teaching and coaching in any employee tier.

After a fulfilling corporate career, Kevin created Chesapeake Learning & Development in 2023. Prior to his move to consultation, Kevin spent 24 years with Allegis Group, the nation’s largest privately owned staffing company. 

Kevin is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce, and the Alzheimer’s Association. Holding a B.S. from Towson University in Baltimore, Kevin majored in Mass Communications and minored in Music Performance on Saxophone. He lives with his wife Colleen on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and has two kids – Andrew (26) and Abby (23).
