Allison is from Blythewood, South Carolina, and moved to Charleston in 2009 for culinary school. Since her matriculation, she has graced the kitchens of several James Beard Award winning chefs in Charleston. Allison took on the task of opening a high-end seafood restaurant on the famous Broad Street in the downtown historic district as the Chef De Cuisine at The Establishment. Allison relocated to Maryland in 2021 where she is now Executive Chef and co-owner of Mogan’s Oyster House in Salisbury. Allison comes from a family of farmers, she has always loved the outdoors and growing her own food. In her spare time she continues the family tradition, gardening with her family and friends and spending time outside.
