Food has always been a part of my identity. My story begins in my grandparents’ kitchen, where I spent my childhood standing on a stool, watching pots simmer and absorbing the laughter, love, and lessons that filled the room. Those early moments taught me that recipes are more than instructions—they are memories, traditions, and pieces of family history passed from one generation to the next.

As I grew, I carried those traditions with me, transforming them through creativity, experimentation, and passion. For three years, I shared that love through The Hook Up LLC, serving dishes that brought comfort, joy, and connection to countless tables. As my vision expanded, so did my brand. That evolution became Three Generations—3 Gen, a name that honors where I come from and the legacy I am building.

Today, every plate I serve reflects that journey—a blend of heritage and innovation, rooted in family and elevated with intention. Cooking is not just my craft; it is my purpose.
