Chef Tosha Bateman, a native of Salisbury, MD, and a University of Maryland Eastern Shore alumna, has been passionate about food from a young age. Starting her career at 14 as a bus girl, she eventually became an Executive Chef and launched her own catering and food truck business, B&J’s Soulful Creations, in 2019. The business offers gourmet dishes like Tuscan cream sauce and honey jerk turkey wings, showcasing her love and passion for cooking. Chef Tosha’s culinary skills have been shaped by learning from various other chefs along with her late Grandmother Patsy Bateman.
